Our Solid Gold items are handcrafted to order and require 4-6 weeks for production.

We offer a 6 month warranty on all solid gold jewellery and 1 year warranty on our watches. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or damage. At our discretion, we will replace or repair your damaged goods. If you require repairs after the warranty period, we will do so at cost. Our warranty does NOT cover neglect or excessive wear and tear.

All solid gold items are made to order and are therefore non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
