RETURNS


As all solid gold items are made to order, they are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

All other items:  We hope you love your new jewels as much as we do! However, if you change your mind please contact us within 7 days of delivery to obtain return authorisation.

Please ensure items are returned in their original unworn condition and packaging. If our conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the customer.

All returns are at the cost of the customer and shipping costs are non-refundable.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PROMOTIONAL OR SALE ITEMS.

 

FAULTY

 

All jewels are hand packed securely with great detail and care. In the rare case you receive a faulty item upon arrival, please send photographic evidence to info@celestialthecollective.com within 48 hours.

 

SHIPPING

 

Solid gold items are made to order - please allow 4-6 weeks for production (timeframe does not include shipping). Please do not email regarding your orders whereabouts, unless the production timeframe has passed.

All other items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by mail services and international customs and fees. In the event your package gets lost, you will need to contact Auspost.

 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

 

Please note that you are responsible for any import duties or taxes your country may charge when your package arrives. It’s up to you to find out what those fees might be, and you’re required to pay them upon delivery.

If you choose not to accept your package because you don’t want to pay those fees, you’ll be responsible for the cost of sending the package back to us. This return shipping fee will be taken out of your refund.
